The CRC has forwarded 4 proposed charter amendments on to the November 5 ballot for the voters to adopt or reject. They are:

• Amendment 1: Relationship between county and municipal ordinances regulating air or water pollution

• Amendment 2: Authorization for joint planning agreements

• Amendment 3: Appointment and dissolution of the charter review commission

• Amendment 4: County commission district residency requirements

The CRC also issued public documents explaning each of the four amendments:
