The meeting was called to order at approximately 10:05 p.m. by Susan Wright who stated the purpose of the meeting was to create the structure for the Charter Review Commission's (CRC) web site. Based upon the direction received at the August 20, 1999 CRC meeting, the Sub Committee created the following web site components:

1. purpose of the CRC;
2. Home Rule Charter;
3. CRC membership roster;
4. information on meetings (to include agendas and minutes); and
5. citizen input.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 11:40 a.m.
